“‘Digital Bath’ [Deftones] is probably one of my favorite songs that I’ve written. Really simple but, I don’t know, I think it’s really effective. I like the lyrics. I like the fact that it was just born out of basically two notes and a drumbeat. Things that kind of happen quick and organically, those tend to be some of my favorite songs that I’ve been a part of.

Things that are made and they’re not so thought-out, they’re just kind of a reaction.”

The song “Digital Bath” is from the third album of White Pony by the American alternative metal band Deftones. It was made available as a promotional single. In 2018, Belching Beaver released a limited edition beer named after the song.

“Digital Bath” incorporates a number of effects including sampling. The chorus has repeated guitar chords and peaceful, whispered voices.
