Foo Fighters 2022 Tour in North America Rescheduled Again
After releasing its upcoming tour dates, Foo Fighters 2022 tour in North America has been rescheduled for the third time, right after they announced its updated schedule recently.
As 2021 is almost wrapped up, Foo Fighters have already given a start for its upcoming 2022 tour in North America. The famous rock band has recently released its 2022 North America tour dates, followed by an update due to some planning changes, as it still has several shows also left for 2021. And right after that, Foo Fighters has shared another update for their concert in Minneapolis, as it was undetermined at that time, and stated that they’d already started to find a new suitable replacement for that show.
And the regarded band didn’t make its fans awaited for not even much, announcing the band will now perform on August 3, 2022, at U.S. Bank Stadium as replacement of their canceled shot because the band’s request for vaccine requirements was refused last week.
Foo Fighters had first announced their cancellation for the previous concert of its 2022 North America tour’s date and place via Twitter and earlier talking about:
“Due to Huntington Bank Stadium’s refusal to agree to the band’s Covid safety measures, Foo Fighters are unable to perform at that venue. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working on finding a suitable replacement — one that will prioritize the health and safety of everyone working and attending the show,” the band wrote to its fans.
Also, the band’s public relations director Jake Ricker announced earlier this situation as well.
“The university declined to change its existing protocols for large events, which have been effective. We continue to encourage everyone to get vaccinated, wear a mask when in large crowds, and take appropriate steps to protect public and personal health,” stated Ricker earlier, about the upcoming 2022 North America tour of Foo Fighters.
So, performing in amphitheaters, stadiums, and festivals, Foo Fighters will first perform for the 2022 tour on May 14 in Burgettstown, Pa. as scheduled earlier. And the newly announced show’s sales will start on December 3 at 10 a.m local time. On the other side, you should also know that the official presale credit card for the tour is Citi, as its members are already able to purchase a pre-sale primarily until December 2 at 10 a.m local time.
Ultimately, the upcoming concert’s tickets will go on sale on Friday, December 10 at 10 a.m. at local time, as its pre-sale options will be beginning Tuesday, December 7. And the vaccine or negative test results will be required at 17 shows of the Foo Fighters 2022 North America Tour.
