Korn Finally Announce the Upcoming Tour Dates in 2022
As many of the regarded bands have finally been getting rid of their cages and head back on roads again, Korn is finally joining among them too! The regarded nu-metal band has just announced its upcoming 2022 tour dates finally, to meet their fan backs on stages.
Bringing nu metal music to the mainstream, the pioneer band Korn has sure influenced many artists along with its growing fan base. So, there is no doubt its fans have been waiting to reunite its beloved band with a huge craving. But luckily, the regarded band hasn’t made its fans wait longer as it announced its upcoming 2022 tour dates, which will also be supported by Chevelle and Code Orange alongside them.
While Korn has also been preparing to release and promote their new studio album, which is set to release on February 4, 2022, the famous metal band will hit the road right after, for their first extended touring of the upcoming year. Korn coming with a new album after 2 years is the real reason that gives everyone chill, as we all wait eagerly for hearing out them. And luckily, It won’t also take much longer we also hear them playing their brand new album live, yay!
The upcoming 2022 tour of Korn will give its start on March 4 in Springfield, Mo. to travel across the country until its wrap-up on April 1 in Wichita, Kan. During their 19-date arena tour, the regarded band also will be accompanied by Chevelle and Code Orange, as well. But what is more, Korn has also signed on to play four nights with System of a Down, Helmet, and Russian Circles in late January or early February.
While Citi has become the official pre-sale credit card for the Korn 2022 Tour, the tickets will be able to be purchased starting on December 17 this Friday, at 9 a.m. local time on Ticketmaster. In addition, Citi card users also are already able to access purchasing presale tickets since December 14, while the pre-sales is closing today on December 16 at 10 p.m. local time. On the other side, the four-night shows of Korn with System of a Down and others’ pre-sales are also starting today on December 16 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time, as the general public on-sale will be following to start on December 17 at 10 a.m. local time.
On the other side, Korn has already released the lead single, titled Start the Healing, of their upcoming album, before the release of its upcoming studio album, titled Requiem, on February 4, 2022. And the regarded band’s new album’s pre-orders have also kicked off already, as well.
Requiem is the upcoming fourteenth studio album of Korn, produced by Chris Collier. The band members have also talked about Requiem on a press release and said:
“It is an album born of time and the ability to create without pressure. Energized by a new creative process free of time constraints, the band was able to do things with Requiem that the past two decades haven’t always afforded them, such as taking additional time to experiment together or diligently recording to analog tape – processes which unearthed newfound sonic dimension and texture in their music.”
