Megan Thee Stallion Is On Stage With Rock Inspired Outfit
It’s not very rare to see different music genres and musicians from those genres get inspired by others. We’ve seen that plenty of times in history. We’ve seen rappers, pop stars having rock/metal inspired or themed outfits or stage performances. Today, we’ve seen one another of those inspirations. One of the most popular musical names recently, Megan Thee Stallion showed up in her latest stage performance with a rock-inspired outfit.
Megan Thee Stallion performed at Lollapalooza 2021. And for her Lollapalooza 2021 performance, Megan Thee Stallion showed up with her very rock/metal outfit. She was wearing a one-piece corset type outfit that had icons and photos from famous rock bands such as AC/DC, Iron Maiden, KISS, Ramones, Misfits, Led Zeppelin, and Guns N’ Roses. Even though most of those bands have never played in the Lollapalooza, it’s good to see some rock figures with the Lollapalooza since it was more of a rock event in its earlier days.
Lollapalooza started as a touring event back in 1991. Back then it was möostly an alternative rock, heavy metal punk rock hip hop, and electronic music festival with no genre restrictions. It has gone through some success and decline some revive and rebirth periods. Last year in 2020, we’ve seen the first-ever online version of Lollapalooza. This year it went back to normal. Since the first event, the Lollapalooza festival has seen plenty of notable performances and a lot of famous attendees.
Despite her having a rock-themed outfit that shows the roots of the festival, her performance was the same performance that her fans were waiting for. She performed her famous songs “Realer,” “Body,” “Sex Talk” and “WAP”. Since no one was expecting going on stage and blasting heavy metal from her, it’s good for her to both shows some pictures for the roots of the festival then entertain her fans with her own style of music.
