Slash Says New Guns N’ Roses Material Almost Arrive in 2022
Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash revealed some exciting news during his latest interview. The regarded musician heralded that “There’s new Guns material coming out as we speak,” giving fans the news that they have been waiting eagerly for a long time.
Many of us know that Guns N’ Roses went through little tempestuous times in the past when Slash had parted his ways with the regarded band back in 1996. So all fans had started waiting hopefully for a long time for them to reunite as a rumor showed up back in 2015, kindling all fans fire up. Eventually, they didn’t come out that wrong from the situation as somehow Guns N’ Roses revealed that they would be headlining 2016’s Coachella Festival in California along with Slash and also fellow original member Duff McKagan, too.
During a past interview, the talented guitarist Slash said those about their reunition with Guns N’ Roses:
“When we got together, Axl and I really got over this major sort of hump of negativity that we’ve been carrying around for years and years. It was a real simple, relatively short conversation that we had… In all these years that we’ve been apart, he’s become super-fucking professional. And he’s never missed a beat during this whole time. So it’s been great. There has been a sort of synergy that’s been happening this last six years that we never had in our first incarnation.”
And after seeing them all together, Slash made all fans smile and get even more excited one more time as he teased there would be a new effort of Guns N’ Roses, which would also feature the three regarded musicians for the first time since their 1994 cover of The Rolling Stones’ “Sympathy for the Devil.” So, as he promised, the follow-up track “Hard Skool” was released in September 2021 after “Absurd” release in August while also another glad news for a same-titled EP being right after it to be released in 2022, as well.
But in the end, the excited anticipation was kinda fall in the drink when Slash said they hadn’t still started working on yet, until now. The talented guitarist have finally opened his mouth during his recent interview and said the glorious news of Guns N’ Roses new material is finally on its way.
“There’s new Guns material coming out as we speak, and we’ll probably keep putting it out until the entire record’s worth of stuff is done and then put it out solid. It’s cool. I’m enjoying working on the stuff and having a good time doing it,” said Slash confirming the glad news of Guns N’ Roses is almost finished to release the anticipated new efforts of theirs, giving fans a huge hope finally.
In the meantime, the talented guitarist of Guns N’ Roses also revealed the regarded band has also rolled up its sleeves to put together a deluxe reissue of the “Use Your Illusion” albums for a tentative summer 2022 release for their 30th anniversary while Slash has also been promoting a new album, titled “4”, with Myles Kenedy and The Conspirators, which also is super close to land on February 11.
