TOOL Announces Headline to 2023 Aftershock Festival
TOOL announces a new concert as a headliner to the 2023 Aftershock Festival lineup. The new and final lineup adds more headliners and music bands to the festival. Aftershock 2023 festival will also feature such acts as Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Incubus, Megadeth, Limp Bizkit, Turnstile, and more.
The festival brings a line-up of iconic bands and artists, including Guns N’ Roses, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, and many more. Fans of these music bands will be delighted to know that they will be performing their greatest hits at the festival. Alongside some new material that is sure to please any listener.
Discovery Park in Sacramento will rock for four days in October, from the hardest of headbangers to iconic performances and emerging bands.
Around 100 bands will perform throughout this year’s Aftershock marathon. The festival, which drew a total of 160,000 people in 2022, took place from October 5 to October 8.
Also, the 2022 edition of Aftershock gets 160,000 fans and generated nearly $30 million for the local community.
Aftershock has also evolved as one of the nation’s major rock festivals since its inception as a single-day event in 2012. Aftershock was named the world’s third-highest-grossing music festival by the concert trade newspaper Pollstar in 2021.
Aftershock Festival 2023 also takes place at Discovery Park which has shared a lineup full of famous music bands. Guns N’ Roses, Korn, Tool, and Avenged Sevenfold are the four daily headliners in reverse order. Other top-billed acts include Incubus and Turnstile, Godsmack and Limp Bizkit, Pantera and 311, and Queens Of The Stone Age and Rancid. Also on deck: Converge, Deafheaven, Megadeth, the Cult, AFI, White Reaper, Corey Taylor, L7, Dance Gavin Dance, Daughtry, Skillet, Pennywise, Dethklok, and many more will be performing at Sacramento.
Danny Hayes, the CEO of Danny Wimmer Presents also shared a statement:

At Aftershock 2023, fans can expect more than just great music. The festival also features a wide range of food and beverage options, including local craft beer and wine, as well as a variety of food trucks serving up delicious snacks and meals. There will also be an art market, where attendees can browse and purchase works from local artists and artisans.
