Nita Strauss Releases New Single “Winner Takes All” featuring Alice Cooper
Nita Strauss releases a new single also featuring Alice Cooper. Nita Strauss recently rejoined Alice Cooper’s band and has now collaborated on a new solo single titled “Winner Takes All” with the man himself.
Aspiring guitarists often wonder how to become true masters of the instrument, capable of playing with speed, accuracy, and expression. The answer lies not only in talent and practice but also in learning from the best. With this song, we listen to guitar techniques of Nita Strauss and Alice Cooper, two legendary musicians who have collaborated on a new single that showcases their skills and passion for metal music too.
“Winner Takes All” is Nita Strauss’ third single to featuring Alice Cooper, following the album “Dead Inside,” which featured guest vocals from Disturbed’s David Draiman and saw Nita Strauss become the first-ever solo female to have a No. 1 hit at Active Rock radio. Last year, she returned to her instrumental origins with the release of her single “Summer Storm,” a fast-paced, passionate shred-fest.
Also, Nita Strauss released “The Wolf You Feed” in October 2022, showcasing the incredible vocal ability of Arch Enemy’s Alissa White-Gluz.
Nita Strauss also talks about the collaboration:
“When we were working on the music for this album, there was no question that I wanted to create a song to collaborate with my longtime boss and friend, the legendary Alice Cooper.
I think the track accomplishes what we set out to do – showcase Alice’s voice and signature style on the backdrop of a heavy, modern rock track. After many years of lending my style of playing to Alice’s music on stage, it was truly an honor to work together and hear his voice on one of my songs!”
