However, it was Arctic Monkey’s drummer Matt Helders who was first dating Lauren. It was only after she dumped Matt that he started dating Alex. Alex and Lauren first met at a local Arctic Monkeys gig in their hometown of Sheffield. They both shared a passion for indie rock music, which is what got them fascinated by each other. Unfortunately, the relationship only lasted about four months before the two parted ways. It is believed that the fame life just wasn’t for Lauren, and she dumped Alex as soon as he started gaining traction and popularity.

The details of the relationship are still unknown to the public, and it’s probably for the best since Lauren did not want to be known in the public eye. Not long after ending his relationship with Lauren Bradwell, Alex Turner went on to date Johanna Bennett in 2005. While Johanna was the first girlfriend of Alex Turner in the public eye, she still isn’t as popular as his other girlfriends. Their relationship was relatively low-key compared to his most recent romances. Nonetheless, the two parted ways on good terms without any bad blood between each other in 2007.

Johanna was a talented musician on her own, and she ended up contributing to several musical projects in the industry and well as collaborating with some of the top artists as well. She will forever have a special place in the hearts of Arctic Monkey fans for providing the much-needed support behind some of their early songs.

3. Alex Turner & Alexa Chung (2007-2011)

Alex Turner’s most high-profile relationship was the one with Alexa Chung, which began in 2007. Before Alex came into her life, Alexa was already a world-renowned fashion model, designer, and television presenter.
