Tool Drummer Danny Carey’s First Court Date Determined After His Arresting

And just recently, the regarded band’s drummer’s footages while getting arrested were also revealed. And now, Danny Carey’s first date is also set to January 12 for him to answer to assault charges against him. Right after he had performed at the University of Kansas vs. the University of Missouri men’s basketball game in Lawrence, Kansas, it turned out Tool drummer Danny Carey got arrested for getting into a fight on his way back from Lawrance. A disturbance between two men was confirmed by law enforcement sources, stating the site airport got to a fight scene on Sunday night, December 12. And also a video filmed by a civilian outside the airport terminal also got released, showing Tool drummer as he was berating the officers and the civilian filming him.
On the other side, it is also reported that Danny Carey might face a fine of up to $13,900 for getting into it with an employee working security at the airport. Allegedly, the reason Tool drummer arresting is reported as the homophobic slur of Danny Carey during his altercation with the male airport employee.
Arresting Tool drummer afterward, the polices transported Danny Carey to a police station for misdemeanor assault accusations of the 60-year-old musician. And even though the talented drummer was released on bond, the case also hasn’t dropped yet. And after the police report was being forwarded to prosecutors for review, it is finally determined Tool drummer Danny Carey will make his first court appearance to answer assault charges on January 12.
Ultimately, Tool will be heading out on the roads again for its upcoming 2022 for a U.S. tour in January, before they will pass over to Europe in April, after all. While there’s not a booked show seen on January 12, the regarded band will be performing a day before and after on January 11 and 13, anyways.
